Is Treasure at Tampines A Good Buy?
My thought about Treasure at Tampines by Sim Liam Group is that it has more than 2,200 units hence due to economics of scale, the maintenance fee is expected to be relatively low. And with the vast numbers of facilities, this is definitely a plus point for this project. It is also located right next to amenities like a wet market, food centre, and HDB shops.
The possible bad point is Treasure at Tampines has so many units, this will definitely cause traffic congestion in the location in the future. Moreover, the development is not exactly near any MRT station. The walk to MRT station is not sheltered. The project’s façade is rather disappointing and with more than 2000 units in this development, it does not have the private condominium feel.
