MCL Land’s Parc Esta, the highly anticipated new launch at District 14, managed to sell 329 units on the first day of sales on Nov 17, 2018. This works out to 73% of 450 units released. To date, more than 80% of the 1399 units have been sold, largely due to its great location.
Parc Esta sits on a site in between two arterial road which are Sims Avenue and Changi road in District 14. District 14 is classified as part of Rest of Central Region (RCR) of Singapore. It is conveniently located opposite Eunos MRT Station (EW7), just a mere 3 minutes walk from Parc Esta. In addition, the location in close proximity to the the upcoming Paya Lebar Business Hub. This project appeals to buyers who like the East with its proximity to the beach, leisure activities and yet close to the downtown area and the airport.

Being one of the largest residential sites in Eunos, Parc Esta has 1399 residential units over a large land parcel of 377,000 sqft area. It has nine 18-storeyed blocks, and designed with full-height glass exteriors to maximize the views of the surroundings. Developer MCL Land won the bid for the collective sale for the former privatised HUDC Eunosville in 2017 at S$ 765.78 million. Is Parc Esta A Good Buy?
The main selling point of this porject is the location. Being located opposite a MRT station, this project will be highly sought after by families and couples with children as well as investors who are looking rent out their investment property. Currently, there is no big condominium development at Eunos, hence when Parc Esta TOP, it does not have to compete with other condo for the pool of tenants. Moreover, being located near to a MRT, this will definitely attracted tenants.
In term of pricing, comparing to nearby larger condominiums that TOP in last 5 years, the average PSF for Parc Esta is somewhere in the middle between Park Place Residences and Bedok Residences.
