Parc Clematis is situated at the site where former Park West Condominum was, which is along Jalan Lempeng, at the junction of Clementi Avenue 6 and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), next to landed property zone at Faber Drive. This new condo was launched in 2019. Parc Clematis condo will consist of nine 24-storey tower blocks of apartments, six 2-storey strata bungalows and twelve 2-storey strata semi-detached units making a total of 1,468 units. The expected TOP date for Parc Clematis is in September 2023. The tower blocks are facing north-south orientation to avoid afternoon sun and also preventing the apartments from directly facing to AYE for the blocks along the AYE. The tower blocks are placed distance away between blocks to give better privacy for the apartment units.

Being nestled among the private residential estate of Jalan Lempeng and Faber, for those who are looking privacy and exclusivity, the location of Parc Clematis will be ideal. Beside that, Clementi being a mature estate has plenty of amenities and shopping malls in the neighbourhood. Future residents of Parc Clematis can walk to Clementi MRT station (EW27) within 15 minutes.
Clementi central is located just opposite Clementi MRT Station. You can find amenities like Clementi Mall, Grantral Mall @ Clementi, wet market, food centre and lots of other shops.
Parc Clematis is also less than 10-minutes drive away to West Coast Plaza and West Coast Park.

Is Parc Clematis A Good Buy?
Being located at a mature estate, and within walking distance to a MRT station is definitely a advantage for thsi project. There are lots of amenities and eateries within the vincity. But what I do not like about this project is that it is located very near the expressway, hence residents will have to endure the air and noise pollution, especially those units facing the expressway.
In term of price, Parc Clematis is reasonably priced at around $1600 psf, considering that some units at the nearby 3-year-old condo The Trilinq has managed to transacted more than $1600 psf recently.
Being a big project, there are plenty of facilities for families with children to enjoy. The optimal spacing between the different towers that the developer has designed is also a plus poin, which create an unblocked view and privacy for the individual unit. As for finishing, Singhaiyi has a not so good reputation due to their project at Pasir Ris One. But, subsequently, their other developements at The Vales and Citysuites were awarded the CONQUAS award by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). Hence, the quality for their project has improved a lot ever since.
